Has Barack 0bama fulfilled his promise of creating "green jobs" in the United States?

I haven't heard of many "green jobs" created here. But I have read reports that Evergreen, a solar panel company, closed factories here to open manufacturing plants in China with $513 million in government subsidies. So is Obama outsourcing our jobs to China?

I heard he was making all of the auto manufacturers have all of their cars have 54 mpg by 2025, which would make a bunch of green jobs.

It will always lead to failure when investments are made based on Hope and Change, and you disregard Math, Engineering, Physics, and good basic economic principles - Unless you can find suckers and use their money to prop it up!
