What type of careers utilize deductive reasoning?

So last week at school I was able to figure out a stranger's first hour class and lunch period just by using very small bits of information like: What direction they were heading when I saw them, and what books they were holding while they were walking, and what time it was when I saw them walking. So I start thinking to myself; "Hey I'm pretty good at this! I wonder what type of careers need people that can do this type of thing?" Not trying to be cocky, or anything. But, what type of jobs need people that use deductive reasoning effectively?
