Current apartments, one bedroom, cost from $1100 to $3000 depending on neighborhood. There are jobs in some industries. Let's hope the economy improves and there are more jobs. Isn't that ugly Transamerica Tower big enough? Or are you nowhere near the Bay area? LA has a few big buildings, like New Otani.
