How do you collect child support from a parent who works under the table.?

He has a consulting job and has not filed his taxes. How to get information from the employer when he is a consultant or 109. Employers do not realease info on a 1099. 1099 is his work status

I would try to inform his employer, as far as trying to obtain some kind of paystub...Or better yet if you know where he works obtain that information...and build a case. report him to the IRS. They will pounce on him pretty fast. Be beware, they will likely look into your finances too and you will have a slight chance of being audited.
