Can 2 solar charge controllers be connected to obtain a higher rated one? If yes how, series or parallel?

Suppose I have 2 solar charge controllers of 12V 10 A. But I want 12V 20 Amp. Should I connect this two in series or parallel?? Plz answer. My job is in line.

Provided that they have same voltages then you have to connect it to parallel connections so that the current capacity will be added. However care must be taken to ensure that positives are connected and negatives are connected. Otherwise it will be damage if wrongly connected. Connect it to PARALLEL.

If my job was on the line, I would pursue the most conservative course, and NOT connect two controllers in any fashion. Each controller will be trying to detect the state of charge (SOC) of the battery bank, and they could confuse each other. If the controllers are MPPT (possibly not at this low power level), then...
