Does most racism in UK in fact come from the ethnic minorities?

Don't misunderstand me. I believe that most people are in fact racist even those who claim they are not. Uncle: The B.N.P are a very vocal and unpleasent minority. The racism I refer to is the quiet exclusion or closure of social contact.

Racism comes from stupid individuals who believe they are in some way superior to others because of their genetic make-up. There is exclusion and such from black and white people and everything in between.
