Operation Scar limiting what i can do PLEASE HELP!?

Hi, Basically when i was about 2-12 months old i had an operation which involved removing my splein because of a blood condition - long story short i have a faded and shrunk (about 5-6 inches in lengh starting just below my bellybutton and near the little hole you have between ur ribs and its about an inch in thickness) but still very noticeable scar on my belly. I have high ambitions of being a musical theatre actor - with numerous graded qualifications including ballet/tap/jazz/piano/singing/speech and drama. but this is actually limiting my flexibility, i cant stretch my back or tilt by head back nearly as far as everyone else, and when i try to it hurts because i am strteching my scar, its very tight. Also i am not going to be picked above someone else WITHOUT a scar when it comes to finding acting jobs!!! what i am wondering could i apply to have this removed for free because of it limiting what i can do, and my lifestyle/job choice or if i chose to pay for it to be removed or completely remade into a skin blended scar like my brother has, how much are we talking? Thankyou very much for any help or advice a million times!!!
