Should 0-bama force companies to end the practice of interviewing applicants for jobs, since it is a?
discriminatory practice? Should a potential employee be held responsible for their ineptitude and be passed over because another applicant is more qualified? Does it really matter if an employee is incapable of doing the job? Don't we all have to work? Is it "fair" for employers to conduct interviews? Certainly if government can decide for businesses what an entry-level employee is worth, they can easily end the discrimination and put an end to the stigma of having been "REJECTED" after an interview.

All of those cases (protection for the inept and the incapable) are already protected by unions. They make sure companies can't get rid of terrible employees, and insist that those employees be given far more than what they agreed to when they were hired.
