What should we do about Indian protectionism?

India is largely successful because of the US market but India will not allow the exportation of Indian ebony unless all of the work to form it is done in India. Of course this Fox News article blames Obama for enforcing Indian Law because that is the way they roll. Of course, we require India to enforce our intellectual property laws in India. http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2011/09/02/gibson-feds-want-guitar-woodwork-done-by-foreign-labor/?test=latestnews The question is how do we get India to back off.
