What is involved in becoming a pharmacy technician, and how can I go from technician to pharmacist?

I'm not so great at math, but I think if I were working at the same math every day, I would be able to handle it. I also did well in Biology and Chemistry in high school, but I do realize that these sciences will become much more difficult on a professional level. I am currently a sophomore, working toward a bachelor's degree. If this is the path I want to follow, what should I be doing now?

Do not become a pharmacy technician first. The credits do not transfer to a pre-pharmacy program and becoming a pharmacy tech first is a waste of time and money.
