How do you get an office job?

I'm looking for a very basic 9-5 mon-fri office job. I'm doing an evening degree, but I would like to work in an office environment instead of busy waitressing or retail job. How does one go about it in this seemingly competition saturated city we live in called Dublin?

there are too many schools that offer office degrees. you will not find an office job. thery are probably giving those to people graduating from high school.
