Why does Romney think a cut in corporate taxes to 25% will do anything?

When companies like GE that paid no tax last year didn't hire any additional employees?

lol....he doesn't he just knows that we're too stupid to know any better....the entire Republican platform is basically designed to screw middle class Americans and help Corporations....Corporations are sitting on RECORD ammounts of cash and won't hire....isn't that strange to anyone else? tax cuts don't work and they havent worked every since 2001 when bush cut them. they take the cash saved and give CEO's fat bonuses with them thats probally why romney wants them so bad. I want corperations to pay the same tax rate everyone else does. i want rich people to pay taxes at the same rate as the average... More

Do you want to compete with China for jobs? Why do you think companies are moving overseas? Because the US has the second highest corporate tax rate in the world behind only Japan. China's corporate tax rate is 25% while the US is at 39%. How can you compete with that?
