I disabled the power saving options like C1E so that you can see all the values for what they are. If I didn't they would have scaled back by now because of the very light load it's under right now. If I was to enable them it would throttle the CPU back to a multiplier of 16 and so my CPU would read @ about 1594.*MHz. It's a good idea to enable those options. It is the same thing as installing a supercharger. Your car will idle at about 800RPM since it isn't going anywhere. Once you call on the car to move and move fast then it supplies the necessary power and then some because of the supercharger AKA overclocked CPU. You wouldn't keep the pedal to the metal all the time. This will reduce the wear and tear as well as the heat produced. the temps would be back down to about 29°C by now if I allowed it to scale itself back but at the same time you can see the V8 is doing a good job even with the CPU overclocked nearly 1GHz which might be mild but is still noticeable when gaming.
EDIT: Adding an additional fan to your cooling solution will of course maximize it's cooling performance potential so you may want to consider that when purchasing your cooler. adding one to have a push pull or even push push pull in the case of the Frio or the V8.
