Can someone help me out with a Career choice that is best for me.?

I am in my second year in college and currently pursuing a degree in business. The problem that I have is that I am unsure of what Career is best for me and what career I can get into when i get out of college. I am interested in joining the medical field, due to the need of it. But I am also open to any other suggestions. I have worked about 5 years at a newspaper as an Independent Sales Contractor (Outside Sales) and have done a very good job at it. But now it is time for me to move on and obtain a more Serious/Rewarding Career. Some suggestions that I have heard of are Pharmaceutical Sales, Insurance Sales, Cell-Phone Sales... I really enjoy being able to work independently without a Boss 'Breathing down your neck', and I am also good with people and able to convince people. Also I wouldn't mind having a flexible schedule. If changing my degree from business to some other field is a good idea please make a note of that to me. Nevertheless I prefer not to take much chemistry, physics, mathematics classes. I highly appreciate your time and help. Thank You!
