Is site engineer job is good for an electrical engineer?

guys plz help me out... i am electrical engg. pass out in July 2011 i got a job offer as site engineer in CAPRO Switchgear pvt ltd. mainly the company provide panel designing services including consultancy, maintenance. so is a site engineer's job is good??? should i go for this?? plz help me out... all suggestion are welcome.....

My own philosophy for any engineer is to start his career as a site engineer , this will allow him to understand and feel whatever he designed or studied and expose him to the real world, therefore yes accept the site engineer job

as a fresh graduate you must grab whatever job you get then later after about 2 years practical experience make choices
