If the president is creating jobs does that mean people in Capitalism failed?

In 2005 we were told that it is not the president`s job to create jobs. Now the same people tell us Obama is not creating enough. Obama should just stop bailing out Capitalism and expose generation outsource`s mistakes. Old people gave away our industrial might, its over.
