Is it okay to send a thank you letter after an interview through e-mail?

I'm having multiple interviews for permanent job placement pretty soon and won't have a lot of time to mail them out. I was wondering if this was okay or if I should push through and mail them all?

If at all possible, sending a thank-you card through the mail definitely shows the extra effort (and, I mean, if it wasn't an inconvenience there wouldn't be any extra effort to show...), but if it's really not going to fit into your schedule, an emailed thank-you is better than no thank-you. Absolutely. It shows that you've appreciated the time they've spent with you. A good idea is to also make a personal letter using a good letterhead. This would show how professional you are about the job. Just be sure to invest on the letterhead printing to get high-quality custom papers.
