If Politicians increase taxes on Corporations, who will they blame when jobs are cut or jobs are moved overseas?

You can call it Un-American all you want, but reality is Corporations will either cut jobs here in the US, or move jobs overseas. I've worked in the tax department of a fortune 100 company and I can tell you that they aren't scared of doing everything they can to decrease their tax burden even to the point to shifting critical applications overseas and jobs overseas, to country with low tax rates.

Yes, we will call it un-American. But not all companies can move overseas given the nature of their businesses. Those that move to countries that have lower tax rates do so at their own risk. Those countries may have cheap labor and low taxes, but are not all that stable. They could lose everything.
