What are your thoughts on Obama's Job Creation Plan?
Is it truly a Job Creations Plan? If you believe so, please explain why he waited almost three years to propose it. Is it a political maneuver that is not designed to create jobs, but to instead cast a negative political light on the GOP> If you believe so, please state some examples.

Obama's job creation plan is the exact same plan he presented in his original stimulus package. A sop to unions and more spending of money we don't have. By the way no method to pay for it. Of course he is looking for a way to cast a negative light on the GOP. He is running for reelection and is hoping that his plan... More

Stimulus doesn't work no matter what you call it. Bush proved it and Obama proved it. It's time to try something else.

It won't create any jobs..... It's just another pay-off for the unions.

Same old short term, high cost solutions that really don't address the core issues. A real jobs plan would involve getting the government out of the way so business can grow.

It would probably shave another percent, percent and a half off the unemployment rate. For that reason alone Republicans in the House will not pass it. They will do NOTHING to create jobs. Even their Presidential candidates promise to waste time "killing Obamacare" and other nonsense - but not create jobs.

It is designed to create jobs without the borrowing of money. And I think he is right on.

At least he is trying to create jobs unlike Republicans in congress and by the way it is not his first jobs plan.

Re-hashed programs that each has been voted down by Congress.

The democrat party hasn't a clue what to do to help businesses create jobs. Consumer confidence is down and business in general doesn't trust Obama. I guess Obama spending his first year in office demonizing business on a regular basis wasn't such a good idea. lp

I call it... the broken window strategy! In all seriousness though, I think he does mean to create some jobs. He just can't. The timing is a little convenient though for a guy thinking about re-election.
