What is my real job title and deserved salary?

My job title is administrative assistant however I do so much more. I do admin work, run the IT projects, troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, shipping, write policies, manage the office, prepare annual shareholder meetings, prepare board meetings, etc. I report to the Director of Finance and Administration however I support every high up we have in the company (CEO, CSO, VP Sales & Marketing, VP Regulatory & Clinical Trials, and about 20 research and development scientists). When I started (4 years ago) I supported about 10 people. Now it is close to 30 and I do all the IT work on top of everything. My company just moved and I did about 75% of the planning and moving. I think I deserve a promotion and a raise but I don't know what title to ask for or a salary base to ask for. I am way underpaid for all I do but none of the salary calculators will allow you to add multiple responsiblity jobs.... any help please??? I think my breakdown below is pretty accurate. Admin Assistant: 5% Executive Assistant: 15% Office Manager: 40% Information Tech Manager: 40%
