Why should I get a job when my man takes care of me?

I do do stuff. I cook and clean, run the household errands, and go to college full-time. Those jobs are just as important to a successful marriage as employment is.

Yes, cooking & cleaning & household errands are important but so is showing your appreciation to him for his taking care of you outside the kitchen & the bedroom. if he's doing the mortgage or the rent, I could do the cable and electric. it just seems fair to me. detailed record keeping, in a certain sense, assures him your keeping your end of the arrangement. many relationships often run into trouble if things are too one sided.

It's kinda hard to do all this and have a job. I'm mean, a job would be good, but since you're going to college FULL TIME it may be a bit stressful. Get a volunteer job for a while and see what happens. Just to see how you'd be able to handle a part time job.
