Does anyone know the difference between Engineering Management and Project Management?

I'll have a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering soon and I'd like a future graduate degree in something related to management in my field. Which one is more adequate for a Civil Engineer? What is the exact difference between Engineering Management and Project Management?

Engineering Management is subset of project management. For "Project management" there has to be a Project.
