What can I do to improve/fix my resume?

This is a copy of my resume with personal details left out. I am not getting the results in call backs that I would like. What changes can I make to improve my resume.. Remove the "About me" And type in "Profile" Also add your ''Personal Characteristic'' "Skills" and "Refrences"

It is well worth while to take your resume to a professional resume service. The price you will pay is small in comparison to the amount of time it will take you to get a job without the help of a resume expert.

I would list your work experience from most recent to oldest. It might be worthwhile to include a mission statement of what your goals are that is no more than one sentence.
