What kinds of jobs, specifically, do liberals think the government can create using half a trillion tax $s?

Pluto - dude, they are resurfacing streets that were either resurfaced or freshly built less than two years ago. That is not an efficient use of half a trillion dollars, even if it is creating jobs just for the sake of creating them. Temporary work that does not need to be done in the first place is not a way to sustain an economy.
