Why won't anyone hire me as their executive assistant?

Ill post a copy of my resume and a sample cover letter I use. Too much to read. Your education makes you overqualified for an assistant position. I'd suggest focusing on your language skills - a key differentiator in this global world - both in the jobs you seek and how you present yourself.
