How can my husband relieve some stress in his concrete business?
My husband owns a concrete business. He gets stressed out trying to make all his customers happy and ends up working from very early morning to about 8pm at night by the time he's done handling phone calls, bids, etc. He also has a hard time fitting all the jobs together in some sort of schedule. Any other contractors have any tips as to how he can be better organized time-wise, keep his customers happy and still have time for his family and himself? Thanks.

When a contractor becomes busy to the point of not being able to get it "all" done in a normal 12 hr day, he considers hiring a trusted and experienced employee to function as a superintendent or crew chief.
