What kind of job/career would i be able to obtain based off these qualifications?

I haven't worked for over a year now due to a disability. I want to begin work again. Prior to my disability, I worked as a store manager (area/district manager in training), making 40k a year, before bonuses. What kind of career/job would I be able to obtain based on these qualifications? Any suggestions? Education High School, 1 semester of college Work History -Financial Services Rep at a Bank for 10 months. (Basically a glorified Teller) -Retail Store. Started as a keyholder and worked for 3 months. Promoted to asst and worked for 1 year. Promoted to Store Manager and worked for 3.5 years. Promoted to Area/District Mgr in Training and worked for 1 year. Right before a promotion, I became disabled. Also, I was very successful with this company and a top performer and in a lot of cases, the top performer. Also I know age isn't discussed during employment, but I'll say it anyway, I am currently 27 years old. -Ive also had misc jobs such as a server for a rest. and financial rep for a carnival. Thank You all. Some examples: Increased a store's volume by 46.6% when the average company comp was around 12% at the time. This was a proclaimed store as well. Topped 2 million. A store in danger of closing, I managed to keep open. This store was ranked 205/205 in the region. When I took over, within two weeks, we were number 1, then consistently in the top 10% of the company all through the holidays until I went to another store. Was ranked #2 in the entire company of over 5000 stores in shrink. This particular store was actually in the bottom 10% in the company for shrink before I took over. There are a lot more. Bottom line, none of this would have happened if I wasn't able to properly train, coach, and motivate my staff. And finding the right staff. Anyway, any other questions?
