Would it be too much to ask my 20 year old boss to write me a recommendation letter?
I worked at a summer camp for 3 years in high school and now I'm applying for colleges. The director of the camp is in college and my mom thinks I should have her write me a letter and just not put the age, but I'm not so sure. What do you think?

It would be smart to ask her for a letter. No one has to know how old she is. If she has a superior who has a fancier title or if she feels uncomfortable about writing a letter, you could ask her if she could get the superior to do it based on her information about you... More

I do not think it would hurt to ask to write it. When one writes a recommendation letter they do not put their age on it at all... More
