should i be worried about my partners job at a sex club he has recently started working there we have been together for 11 years always been faithful but since going there he always goes on about fancying another member of staff should i stick around or leave him.

He is obviously enjoying the little perks of the jobs since he is always going on about 'fancying' other women, I would end the relationship and get out quick.

Leave him. He sounds like he interented in this other memeber . Since I hear you say he is always gone on fancying over this person. I would be worried 2 If I have a partner working on a sex club.

Sex club? What is a sex club? Do you mean strip joint? If he constantly talks about this other women in front of you then I'd dump his ass. That's an insult to your feelings.
