Could I plant a dwarf orange tree in MI and build a greenhouse over it for the winter?

I've heard I can grown a potted orange tree in Michigan if I pull it into the garage or likewise, during the winter. could I plant it in the ground if I have a green house structureover it during the winter? I know it's a big job but would like to know if it's an option, tons of work or not. Thanks!
