Does America need a new Constitution since it's pretty clear the Federal government isn't working?

Hey, when the Articles of Confederation was too weak and decentralized, the Founders had the common sense to come up with a more coherent and more expansive role for the Fed. Is it now not time to do the same? Perhaps we should have a unitary state. Instead of a 'United States of America', a 'Republic of America' would be much better.

The constitution is virtually perfect and the only reason why the "federal government isn't working" is because they're too busy trying to undermine or rebutt obama, so work won'... More

No we do not need a new Constitution since it would be pretty clear the Federal government would work if they abide by and stayed with-in the laws of our current Constitution.
