All I here is path to citizenship, the dream act & consulate mexican ID giving preference to Mexicans. They are forgetting that there already is a path to citizenship through legal immigrations & that mexicans are not the only ones migrating here.
The dream act is bailout for colleges or dept. education to keeps the demand for education high through enrollment flooding it with mediocrity, delinquency & special preference/privilege where most of the academic interest revolves solely for the subsidy, grant, tax credit, & a piece of paper paying little, nothing & at times ending up with some extra cash. How is giving special privilege to some, equal in the name of opportunity especially non citizens. As of now asians (smallest minority) will be last for consideration & pay more for the tuition regardless of scoring higher than other groups to promote a self righteous ideologue. Why pretend to accept their enrollment? Now proponents are pushing for illegals to have special privilege over legal immigrants & citizens who pays the full amount is like a home held hostage or overrun by unwanted guest in their own home. It's wasteful self righteous policies designed to accommodate illegal foreigners at the expense of U.S. citizens. Illegals can't or don't have these entitlements back in their mother land so they flock to where they can take advantage at the expense of others. Their own government won't allow themselves & their public to be burdened with illegal or legal immigrants that could not sustain themselves nor will give them special privileges & allow yours to bill them, why should yours? Be a little generous, if you want, but not over your own citizens.
Ron Paul's Proposal is more inclined with most sovereigns in the world where they require & ensure that the flood of illegal or legal foreign immigrants must be able to sustain themselves, not be a burden to the sovereigns government, its public, & interfere in its political affairs. Sovereigns must provide for citizens first in opportunity, aid, development & embrace private foreign job creators, if needed, like Mexico's Immigration policy. A wall in rural, forest, & desert borders may help slow down illegal border crossing, but boots on the ground will be more effective that's why there's a coast guard & a national guard to supposedly patrol all borders but it seems only the coast guard are the one doing the patrolling. In other nations their army & navy patrols all borders & are not afraid to shoot without being fired upon.
Immigration policy should be more like Mexico, if not, then Canada, both are less inviting to illegals & more selective or restrictive requirements than the U.S.. The U.S. can make it easier for unskilled temporary/seasonal workers to obtain working visas, but that shouldn't be grounds for obtaining permanent residency or citizenship. Skills or a degree should be a considerable requirement as in Australia or Canada. No welfare, food stamps, or grants, people must earn their way towards citizenship just as those who earned their way before welfare, medicaid, food stamps was around. Like those community that irrigated a desert to prosperity and those that chooses to live in pre-industrial era for over 2 centuries. In the middle east, Illegals can only spend their money & denied all socialistic entitlement, if there's any, & employment with a higher chance of getting killed just for being in the country illegally.
There are millions of people waiting to get in legally, line cutters shouldn't be rewarded with entitlements & legality, even if allowed to remain which is generous enough. More than 60?re coming from south of the borders, illegals around 80?o 90?Asians, the smallest non indigenous minority in U.S. with desirable skill & work ethic than the 2 larger ones & are the least recipient of special preference/privileges such as college tuition cost regardless of test scores & admittance consideration should have more consideration to legal entry & status.
North Amerinds are being squeezed by Illegals from the southern borders. Indian reservations need to be privatize by their perspective tribe so they can thrive into shaping & molding their own destiny, reservations broke the independence they use to have. Its been over a century & very much part of the American Society, the days of Crazy horse are long gone.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uHxRSakuGMg Immigrants of legal status honestly swore allegiance to the U.S. its laws, customs, & language then there is no problem with them "HUMBLY" recognizing the country of their origin privately.
Illegals nationalistically imposing on everyone to adopt their former nationalities, laws, customs, religion & language or flag above the host or patron's flag is an act of superiority & intimidation over the foundation of the country.
