How do you feel about Michelle Bachmann's alternative to a national health system?

Missy says that if you are sick and can't afford health insurance or have lost your insurance due to a job loss to check with local churches. And since hospitals are rolling the dough, to beg them for some leftover care if they have any. Not a bad plan, all and all.

I suppose she wants to rescind the laws that require certain hospitals to accept patients regardless of ability to pay as well. That is evil socialism, after all.
