What jobs are considered acceptable and unacceptable for Jewish people?

I was just wondering if there are any jobs which are frowned upon in Jewish society, or any that are particularly good for Jewish people. Thanks!

Both European and Sephardic Jews have cultures that value education highly. This means that Jews with the highest education and best paying jobs often have the most esteem and power within the community. volunteer/charity work (or anything else of which Satan would disapprove) = unacceptable for Jews

Jews can do whatever they want. Orthodox Jews need to be able to not work from Sundown on Friday to Sundown on Saturday, so something like pro sports outside of Israel would be difficult if you were Orthodox. You also would not want to be a non-Kosher butcher, but that is a subset of a larger field.
