Does anyone think truck driving is a good job?

Im looking for a job, and I like trucks. I like the sound, the smell of Diesel and the feeling of being in a big vehicle and I would live to pull the horn. Ive driven a standard before and I have mechanical and very good driving knowledge

First you need to be 21 years of age to go interstate...over your home state lines. 18 years to 21 you may work intrastate, within your state. You will have to attend a truck driving school. If your single then yes. Your going to be gone a lot so bring plenty of music and such. If you have kids and a family it can be hard. Just be sure to find time to workout or your going to get fat from eating garbage when your on the road and sitting on your butt all day

It is a great job for a single person(married with absolute trust of both parties). Travel and get paid. See the country side(all be it at 65 mph, from the interstate). Good money most of the time.
