What percentage of rich people commit fraud to attain wealth?

The term "Evil rich people" has been used alot in the past few years. Can anybody prove that majority of the top 1% are thieves? Many want to tax them like crazy and use fraud as a reason to do so. I'm afraid that the Occupy Wall Street crowd, while with very good intentions, may miss the mark and take earned money from alot of innocent people while the corrupt ones slip through the cracks.

I want to start by saying this is not a liberal movement. We did not vote for Obama, well some did. Either way Obama lied to get into office.
