How do I know this Modeling Job is real?

Okay so i approached through model mayhem (where i have my portfolio, experience etc listed) , but then eventually through actual email about a modeling job offer for Allure Magazine. I got a long email detailing shooting, accommodation and payments all from the company and what the shoot is for. They are not offering for me to buy anything, and even insist on being accompanied by someone i want all expenses paid to go to NYC for shooting. I know this might sound all good to be true, but i always hear stories of people being scouted for things like these, i'm just curious if this is legit and is there anything i should be worried about? I've already googled the email adress, scams, allure mag, etc to see if there are any hits for others who might be scammed but i got nothing, so maybe it might be true? idk anyone with experience or a persepctive lmk what you think :) thanks!

You will also want to research what type of magazine it is because you don't want to be caught in a bad situation. It sounds like a great opportunity to kick-start your... More
