What are the best jobs in the mechanical field of the U.S Air Force for a person with family?

I score pretty well on the mechanic portion of the asvab and my recruiter told me that I could have a job in that area. My only concern is that I have a daughter and a wife and I'm wondering if I will be spending time with them (weekends, holidays, after work) or if I will be working to much(or deploying) without even having a chance to see them. I know that the military is not necessarily for persons with families. I Love the Air Force and serving my country, but my family is very important to me. I just want to make the right decision. I will appreciate any help and thank you for your time. My top choices are: 1. Tactical Aircraft Maintenance 2. Air Transportation 3. Fuels 4. HVAC 5. Fuel Systems 6. Aerospace Ground Equipment 7 Aerospace Maintenance Will any of this jobs help as a civilian?

Of the AFSCs listed, then HVAC would be best for a family, because you generally only work day shift, while the others work all shifts. They all deploy the same.
