Is a MBA a good degree to pursue?

I would like to get a business degree, but im not exactly sure what i want to be/do. I was wondering if a MBA would be a good degree to have? Does it give many different options to pursue? And is it a degree, that once i get out of college in 6 years I will be able to get a job easy enough? I would just like to know a little more about the degree and the future outlook on people who achieves the degree after college. Thanks Also if anyone has any details on a 4 year BA degree, I would like to hear about that too
