How much does an insurance agent make?

All types of insurance. My cousin is an insurance agent and seems to be very comfortable. She never went to college either. She started working for a company when she was 18 and and worked there for 10 years and then switched companies. She has a house and a dog. How much do you think she makes? (I'm jealous because here I am a senior in college looking for a job and having no luck and she can just work and have no education.) ball park!

www.salary.com . . .in your zip code. She's probably making somewhere between $50K and $400K. Yep, in insurance, performance matters more than credentials. It's d**n hard work, though. Maybe she'll tell you how to follow in her footsteps.
