Does the job of a fence erector offer health insurance?

It is not the occupation that offers health insurance it is who employs the fence erector. It is entirely up to your employer as to whether or not health insurance is offered.

Tom is correct, any employer can offer benefits such as health insurance no matter what the industry. However it would matter how you are hired. You'll want to know during the interview if the potential employer provides small group heath insurance coverage. If you're a contractor, its likely not. If so, you'll want to know the cost of deductibles, co-pays and if you can decline - if you consider it too costly.

If the company that offers that job offers health insurance it does. it doesn't matter what you do, it only matters where you do it. Regardless of whether coverage is offered or not, you can always get it on your own, AND it may even make more sense to do that anyway.
