Are rich republicans ones who inherit money while Dems actually are the rags to richs stories normally?

I know there are always exceptions. The Kennedy's have passed it down & yet worked to help others who are not born rich. Swartzenneger worked his way to the success he had. Oprah is an example of what I mean & Gates & Buffet. The Walmart children are a great example of people born with money & keeping people from moving up. They put out a lot of businesses. They hire people & set them up with food stamps so they can afford to work. Then act like dems. promote food stamp use.
