I'm Currently attending college for an associates degree in Aeronautics/Pilot training, can i land a good job?
I'm Currently attending college for an associates degree in Aeronautics/Pilot training (also includes Commercial Pilots license, and an optional flight instructor certification).Will I be able to get a good aviation career with this degree? Or am I wasting my time by not just getting a bachelor's degree. I'm really short on money. My parents are divorced, and my mom isn't contributing financially.

Only if you logged 1500+ hours. You will need that to land a job with the airlines, even the regional carriers now. Thanks to the Buffalo crash a few years back, the FAA changed the standards for First Officers. Instead of 500 hours, now you need 1500 and your ATP certificate... More
