how to get a job in US/Germany?

Currently I am working in India for the last 1 year and holds a MS degree from USA. I am interested in working in the same sector in either US or Germany. What are the chances of my getting hired if I apply online? - my US visa has expired

You can apply for a job, but you can't be hired as you have no permission to accept employment in either country. Perhaps news to you, American and European jobs are being outsourced to India. Call tech support for an American company and you'll speak to somebody in Mumbai!
