What would it take for a lower middle class American citizen from Florida to move and start anew in Canada?

Kind of a hypothetical situation, but I am curious at to what it would actually cost, financially and physically, to just up and move to Canada to take advantage of the healthcare system. Has anybody ever done this? Any tips? Please no answers from hardcore political trolls.

Canada is looking for people who are well educated, with at least a University degree, or a certified trades diploma, with at least 3 years of actual working experience in their field of training. I have never done it, but their health care system sucks. Because it is government run the care isn't as good and you have to wait a while, if you want good, cheap health care move to India. unless you have a skill that Canada wants, you will not be able to migrate. You have to pay into the system before you can use it and if anyone has a serious, long term illness, they will not be able to migrate to Canada.
