How long after a job interview should I wait before calling them back?
I had a job interview on Sunday at a fast food restaurant by an assistant manager. I was told, "You've answered all of my questions correctly. The store manager will contact you on Tuesday, either set up a second interview or to set up a time for your orientation." Should I call them tomorrow, or should I wait until Thursday?

The store manager may have gotten busy or forgotten to contact you. I would definitely go ahead and call them tomorrow since you were told you would be contacted on Tuesday.

I advice you send them a brief thank you letter after that day. Since they told you that they will contact you on a particular date, then I advice you to wait until that day. If it happens that they won't contact you on the day they promised, I advice you to call them and ask for the status of your application the day... More
