HealthCare Management question...?

OK, here is the deal... I have a BS in Criminal Justice, and have been looking to get into the HealthCare field, ever since I also received an M.B.A. with a Concentration in HR Management a couple years ago. I only have about 3 months of HealthCare experience in an actual setting, but I was a 'Correctional Officer' for 3.5 years, where I Supervised/Managed patients/inmates and staff within our hospital inside the prison. So, I have experience, but it is limited in different people's opinion. If it were up to me, I have roughly 3 years, 8 months of HealthCare experience total. Here is my question... With my current degree's, experience, and applying to HealthCare jobs on a daily basis, of course I am having difficulty landing that stepping stone HealthCare position. I am thinking about going back Online for a Master's in Health Services Management or something closely related. Do you think this is a good idea? My goal is def to be Management in a Hospital or other Medical setting, after I gain some experience. Would this type of degree benefit me? Do you have other ideas of types of degrees? How much experience would I need before Management in HealthCare, just in your opinion? Is an Online degree in Health Services Management or another related area good for my goal(s)? Thanks for reading my post, please feel free to leave positive or reinforcing comments.
