How do I make my resume attractive to large companies if I only have experience working at small companies?
I only have experience working at small, unknown companies but would like to find a job at a large company. I have a ton of project management/consulting experience, but I think I'm being overlooked for a number of positions because hardly anyone recognizes the companies I've worked for. Any suggestions on how to best overcome this?

Make sure your resume highlights your achievements and skills. Pick out 20 or so companies you would like to work for and send them each a cover letter followed by your resume. Make sure the cover letter and resume look professional. Call the contact person at each company to make sure they receive your information... More
