Is English teacher the only job an American can get in South Korea?

I would like to live in Korea for a few years, and i would like to work and all because i know Seoul is a very expensive place, unfortunately all i hear is English teacher is that true? Will i be able to get any other job? I'm learning Korean i currently speak English and Spanish, can someone please answer this question?

English teacher is actually the best option though. You speak the language you're fluent with, and get paid for it (Decent/Good pay). Also, it's a great experience. Well, no you can work anywhere in South Korea. If you know the language and know how companies and organizations work, you can get a job there.
