How can i get a job affiliated with baseball?

I love the cubs, and i love baseball. im 16 and would like to know what i need to do to make myself qualified to be employed as some type of position in a minor league or major league front office. For instance what experience would i need? im very very knowledgeable about how baseball works and it's my life, i could imagine a better job in the future. I know im not getting this job now, thats obvious. I was saying i need to know what to do to get me to that point. The rest of your answer was helpful

Apply for an ushering job at the ballpark. Become familiar with the position, show that you're a dedicated worker, and get to know your supervisor(s). As of right now there are only 2 things that I can think of. Become a writer/reporter so you can report on sports or go to a school that offers sports management. Below are just a couple of links to some colleges that offer sports management as majors so you can start looking into it now.

Go to college. Get a degree. Pursue a career in sports, (baseball), and refine your skills. Apply for a job and never take no for an answer. Show them that you really want to be part of the industry. Eventually you get there! Good luck!
